1925-S VAM-3 Doubled Wing

Discovered by Joseph Feld, June 1993.
This coin is a Top 50 Peace Dollar VAM.
3 II 1 · B2c (Doubled Wing) I-3 R-3
Obverse II 1 - Normal die
Reverse B2c - Doubled outside edge of eagle’s right wing from shoulder down to right talon, bottoms of eagle’s right leg feathers and bottom edges of top olive leaves.

  • Mint mark position. *There is a thin die chip within the "W" and some coins show evidence of rusted dies.
