1923-D VAM-2 Doubled Eagle's Head

Discovered by Herb Zepke, June 1999.
This coin is a Top 50 Peace Dollar VAM.
2 II 1 · B2b (Doubled Reverse) I-3 R-5
Obverse II 1 - Normal die
Reverse B2b - Slightly doubled top of eagle’s head, mouth, beak and top of shoulder. Slightly doubled top olive leaf, doubled branches and bottom olive leaves on left side. Back leg feathers doubled on left side as are rays through ONE.
