1922-P VAM-15 Doubled Top of Wing

Discovered by Jeff Oxman, September 1999.
15 II 1 · B2k (Doubled Top of Wing) I-3 R-4
Reverse B2k– Doubled top right edge of eagle’s wing, not as strong or long as VAM 7. Lower olive branch and leaves doubled on left side. Back of leg feathers doubled. 4 rays above olive branch doubled on left side, as are all rays below tail feathers.

Comment:
1. Doubled top of eagle's right shoulder, not as strong as VAM-7, but stronger than VAMs 13, 20, 52 & 53.
2. Key to identification is only lower olive branch & leaves are doubled on left side, and claws aren't doubled like VAMs 7 & 13.
