86 IV67 - D1a (Tripled Stars & Motto, Scribbling Die Scratches) (189) I-2 R-5
Obverse IV 67- Slightly tripled right stars, E PLURIBUS UNUM, front of hair and top of Phrygian cap fold. Slightly doubled left stars.
Reverse D1a- Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle's right and between eagle's left wing and body. Die markers- Double die scratches between two left upper tail feathers and thread-like vertical die impression between eagle's legs.
1- This is a 17-berry coin with a slightly doubled date. The scribbles are pretty sparse, but the reverse does have two threadlike impressions: one between the eagle's legs and one near the tip of its right wing.

There is a small die chip near the leaf point by the IT of UNITED.
On the obverse, the left stars are doubled or tripled and those on the right are tripled or quadrupled. The motto is tripled and most of the hair curls look tripled or more.
