1921-P VAM-83 Doubled E Pluribus,Scribbling Die Scratches

83 IV64 - D2a (Doubled E PLURIBUS, Scribbling Die Scratches) (189) I-2 R-5
Obverse IV64 - Same hub doubling as VAM-82 IV 63 obverse but different die.
Reverse D2a - Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle's right leg and between eagle's left wing and body. Die marker - Vertical polishing line from top right leaf in second leaf cluster from top of left wreath.
