Obverse IV1- Some left stars slightly tripled.
Reverse D2a- Fine die scratches in various directions on over-polished tail feathers around eagle's right leg, between eagle's left wing and body.
Die marker- Single diagonal polishing line at wing's edge below G in God. Two heavy scratches between wreath and left ribbon tail, small chip in area just below knot.
1- This is a scribbling scratches tail feathers variety.
