3EI IV 1 • D2a (Scribbling Die Scratches #96) (189) I-2, R-5
Reverse D2a – Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg and between eagle’s left wing and body.
Die marker – Vertical die gouge on 6-8 outer feathers from bottom of eagle’s right wing. Long die polishing line through CA in AMERICA.

Comments:
1. VAM-3FV VAM-3EQ VAM-3EI 1921-P VAM-3BV all have similar polish line in CA of AMERICA
