3EB1 IV1 - D2a (Scribbling Die Scratches #89) (189) I-2 R-5
Reverse D2a- Fine doubled die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg, between eagle’s left wing and body, and in middle of eagle's right wing.
Die marker- Single horizontal polishing line at right side of eagle's right leg feathers.

Comments:
1. An over-polished reverse is also seen on VAM 5, VAM-3EM, VAM-3EB1, VAM-3EB2 VAM-3GH
