Reverse D2a– Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg and between eagle's left wing and body.
Die marker - Single heavy horizontal polishing line above right bow ribbon near wreath stem.

There is a small die crack running through the bow ribbon. This crack may not be present on EDS examples, but may be more pronounced on LDS examples:
