3CM IV 1 • D2a (Scribbling Die Scratches #41) (189) I-2 R-5
Reverse D2a– Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg, between eagle's left wing and body and in middle of eagle's left wing.
Die marker - Single vertical polishing line on forth outer feather from bottom of eagle's left leg.

The discovery piece is a later die state with die cracks and worn dies, making the scribbles a bit flat, but still distinctive:

The LIBERTY headband has more polishing lines in and around it than can be counted.
There are also many polishing lines in the lower hair:
This big crack through the date is very distinctive:
There's also a crack from the point of the bust through the first left star to the rim:
