Reverse D2a - Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg and between eagle's left wing and body.
Die marker - Three fine vertical die scratches at lower left outside of eagle's right leg.

In the center of this photo note a horizontal gouge off the top of the right leg. The activity to the top right of this gouge in this photo is a ding, not a die feature:
Here is a most interesting feature of the VAM-3BO. This specimen shows three well-spaced but seemingly related parallel gouges under the eagle's lower beak. What they could be?
