1921-P VAM-3BL Scribbling Die Scratches #13

3BL IV1 - D2a (Scribbling Die Scratches #13) (189) I-2 R-5
Reverse D2a - Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg, between eagle's left wing and body and in middle of both wings
Die marker - Single diagonal die gouge with two curved vertical lines at lower inside of eagle's right leg feathers and diagonal die gouge in lower middle of eagle's left wing.

In later die state, scribbles are worn or pollished away along with lines in the wing. However, the fine lines on the breast and diagonal gouge in the wing remain. LVA noted enough scribble lines left to identify from Scribbles Guide.
