1921-P VAM-3BB Scribbling Die Scratches on Tail Feathers #3

3BB IV1 - D2a (Scribbling Die Scratches #2) (189) I-2 R-5
Reverse D2a - Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg and between eagle's left wing and body.
Die marker - Diagonal polishing line below top berry in third berry cluster from bottom left wreath.
Comments:
1- This VAM is one of the very few 21-P VAMs which will possess semi-PL and PL surfaces.

The third leaf cluster on the left (to the right of the U) shows a die gouge with some fill below it that makes the leaves have a "webbed foot" effect:
