Reverse Da –Diagonal die scratches below LAR and right star. Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg and between eagle’s left wing and body.
Comments:
1- This VAM is characterized by unusual Die Scratches Below LAR of DOLLAR:
2- Comes with and without collar clash above PLURIBUS
3- Minor collar clash above U R.
