1921-P VAM-1S Scribbling Die Scratches

1S IV1 - D1a (Scribbling Die Scratches) (189) I-2 R-5
Obverse IV1 - A few tripled left and doubled right stars.
Reverse D1a - Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg and between eagle's left wing and body. Die marker - Heavy vertical polishing line on third from bottom inner feather of eagle's left wing.
