14A1 (revised) IV 9 D2a (Tripled Stars, Doubled Profile, Scribbling Die Scratches, Die Gouge L, Die Break Wing Tip) (189) I-2 R-5
Reverse D2a - Diagonal die gouge at bottom of first L and die chips at bottom right L in DOLLAR. Vertical die crack up to rim at tip of eagle's left wing with displaced field break right of crack to A.
