Obverse III23– Clashed die with partial incuse G of God from reverse showing next to Liberty head neck.
Reverse C4o– Clashed die with faint partial raised designer’s initial M from obverse showing above W in We.

1. Slightly doubled UNITED STATES OF letters at lower inside towards rim and tops of In God We Trust.
2. III O mint mark centered and upright.
