1902-O VAM-46 Doubled Profile, O Tilted Left

Discovered by Marc Serafine, September 2001. Revised 2009.

Obverse III2 8 - Die 1 - Date at left side of middle of normal lateral position.
Die marker - Curved thread-like impression below lower cotton leaf.
Reverse C4j - Die 1 - III O mint mark set slightly high and to right with slight tilt to left. Occurs with obverse Die 1.
Die Marker - Single thin horizontal polishing line in space to left of eagle's left leg.

1. Possibly a duplicate listing of VAM-52, as both share the same reverse and both obverses have doubled profiles.
