1899-O VAM-25 Doubled Date, O Double Top Inside

Discovered by Martin Field, March 1981. Revised 2009.
25 (revised) III2 14 - C3o (Doubled Date, O Double Top Inside) (181) I-3 R-5
Obverse III2 14 - Doubled date with 1 slightly at bottom, 8 right inside of both loops, left 9 at left outside and right inside of lower loop and right 9 with small bar at bottom inside of upper loop and raised dot at right inside of lower loop.
Reverse C3o - III O mint mark slightly doubled at top right inside.
