1891-P VAM-12 Far Date, Doubled Wreaths

Discovered by George Powell, April 2006.
12 III23 · C3b (Far Date, Doubled Wreaths) (190) I-2 R-4
Obverse III2 3 - Date set further right than normal with slight slant so that second 1 is higher than first 1.
Reverse C3b - Slightly doubled top three leaf clusters in left wreath, lower three leaf clusters in right wreath and left inside of wreath bow.
