Obverse III2 1 - Closed 9.
Reverse C3c - Mint mark repunched with original showing as curved line just above top. Horizontal polishing line at top inside of O mint mark.

Comments:
1. VAM-5 is the same Obverse and Reverse as VAM-5A without the Denticle Impressions
2. Listed as a C3c Reverse but shares the Doubled wreath as C3h
