Obverse III2 1– Clashed die set lower than normal with faint incuse partial n of IN from reverse next to Liberty head neck and partial incuse God We just below hairline above 189. Shift of clashed letters downward due to rotated reverse clockwise.
Reverse C3j– Normal O, Doubled Bow, Clashed die with raised designer's initial M from obverse showing below d of God.
Reverse die was rotated clockwise when clashing occurred.

Looks like part of 'G' from 'God' behind Liberty's neck. Similar shape to the top of '1'.
Position of neck clash.
There is a small pick-up point on the coin that might be missed: it is another clash at the joint of the neck and the jaw.
