1891-CC VAM-4 Near Date, C/C Right
Discovered by George Mallis, February 1974.
4 III2 2 C3d (Near Date, C/C Right) I-2 R-4
Obverse III2 2 - Date set further left than normal.
Reverse C3d - Both C's in mint mark tilted slightly left. Left C has polishing marks within loop and is doubled slightly to the right of the serif.
Comments:
1. Since VAM numbers are assigned by die classification, and not just by die pairing, multiple die pairings may exist.
2. Die lines shown on reverse below are present on some, but not all examples.
