1889-P VAM-47 Doubled Ear

Obverse II 43– Ear slightly doubled at right inside and at very bottom. Date in middle of normal position. Die chip between loops on right side of left 8.
Diagnostic-- Fine die polishing lines between cotton bolls.
Diagnostic– Three diagonal polishing lines in wreath bow. Vertical polishing lines in eagle's right wing.
1. Reverse is a later stage of the VAM 29 reverse. Unclear if the obverse was also used earlier.
