44 III2 40 C3a (Doubled Ear & URIBUS UNU, Very Far Date) ( ? ) I-3 R-5
Obverse III2 40- Slightly doubled ear at right inside. Doubled right side of URIBUS UNU- possibly hub doubling. Date set much further right than normal. Diagnostic- Doubled URIBUS UNU on right side.
Comments:
1. There will be a die scratch that passes over the T onto the Y of Liberty.

The area under the bowls has four diagonal gashes as illustrated below. [Compare with the VAM 32 which has vertical gashes.]
