1889-P VAM-26 Doubled Arrow Shafts

Discovered by Jym Braun, April 1999.
26 III2 1 C3c (Doubled Arrow Shafts) (190) I-2 R-4
Reverse C3c - Slightly doubled lower edge of left and middle of arrow shafts. Lower arrow feathers doubled half way down. Left and right legs of eagle slightly doubled.
