Early die states shows a complete clashed N from IN near Liberty's neck.
Later die state shows a faint partial N.
Heavy clashing showing on left wreath.
Early die state shows a small break forming over eagle's right wing.
Later die state shows a large break over eagle's right wing (as found on the Top 100 VAM-19A).
Another variation between die states can be found on a wreath leaf.
Early die state shows the leaf intact. Polishing of the dies to remove clashing in the later die state, resulted in the leaf becoming detached.
