1888-S VAM-4 Over Polished Wing

Discovered by Jim Baxter, November 1978.

Obverse III2 1 - Die 2 - Slight beveled fields at edges of Liberty head from die polishing.
Reverse C3c - Die 1 - Eagle's right wing is over polished in the middle. Fine diagonal polishing lines throughout the wing.
Die 2 - Over polished flat spots in middle of both wings with fine vertical polishing lines.

Comments:
1. After going thru Heritage's archives, I believe the VAM-4 [Obverse] is[the ]same as the Obverse of VAM-2. (RH)
