1887-P VAM-9 Doubled 18 Strong

Discovered by George Mallis, July 1964.
9 III2 9 - C3a (Doubled 18 Strong) (189) I-3 R-4
Obverse III2 9 - 18 strongly doubled across bottom.

Comments:
1. Photo below most likely a VAM-10. The line thru the right bottom of the initial and polishing lines in the hair are an exact match for VAM-10.
2. VAM 9 may be a duplicate listing of the vam 10 EDS
3. if you come across a "VAM", check first VAM 4,or VAM 10 for a possible match, if you still think you have come across a VAM 9,I will be more than happy to personally attribute it for you
