Discovered by Clarence Brown, July 1967.
4 III2 4 - C3a (Doubled 1--7) (181) I-2 R-3
Obverse III2 4 - 1 doubled at the top. 7 doubled at the bottom.
Reverse C3a - Normal die.

1. The VAM-4 does come Clashed without letter transfer. ron1883
