1886-O VAM-11A Near Date, O Set High, 2 + 2 Clashed Reverse

Discovered by Ash Harrison, July 2006.
This coin is a Hit List 40 Morgan Vam.
11A III27 · C3a (Near Date, O Set High, 2 + 2 Clashed Reverse) (181) I-3 R-6
Reverse C3a– Unusual off-set of sideways vee clash marks nest to top and middle of right wreath from back of Phrygian cap ribbon on obverse. Top set shows two close faint vee’s and lower set shows two close strong vees.

1. The Discovery Coin and one other I have seen are the only others I've seen in this late die stage.
It is a TRUE VAM11A!!! It has all FOUR clashes.
2. The progression of the coin is thus:
VAM 11 has a single clash in the Normal Position. Die breaks free and rotation begins, A double clash event occur while dies are out some 33-52º CCW. at some point they reset the dies to Normal position and the Final clash occurs in the Normal position giving us 2+2 clashing.
