1885-P VAM-27 Tripled Ear Bottom

Discovered by Ash Harrison, July 2006.
27 III224 · C3a (Tripled Ear Bottom) (189) I-2 R-5
Obverse III224– Ear slightly doubled at right inside and slightly tripled at bottom outside.
Comments:
1- VAM-27 and VAM-27A have different Reverse dies but share the obverse die.
2- The LDS specimens do NOT have letter transfer, comes clashed and unclashed and must have the die break at star to be a 27A
