1885-P VAM-21 Doubled Arrow Feathers & Reverse Legend

Discovered by Bill Van Note, May 2000.
21(revised) III21 · C3b (Doubled Arrow Feathers & Reverse Legend) (189) I-2 R-5
Reverse C3b– Slightly doubled arrow feathers and shafts on lower edge plus inner feathers of eagle’s right wing. Slightly doubled and tripled lower inside of TED TATE OF AMERI towards rim.
Comments:
1- Minor surface doubling on the 18 of the obverse
2- shares the C3b Reverse Classification with the VAM-22 and a couple of others see Reverse Guide
