1884-O VAM-36 Doubled 18
Discovered by Martin Field, October 1985.

Obverse III2 3 - 1 shows a curved vertical spike at top left and a short horizontal spike to left to lower crossbar. First 8 doubled slightly on left outside of lower loop and has a large bulge to right of lower loop.
Reverse C3a - Mint mark centered and upright.
- Probably duplicate of VAM 4. There is no description of VAM 36 to distinguish it from VAM 4 in the VAM book. Overlapping reeding was not considered when they were first listed.
