19A III2 9- C3l (Doubled 1, O Tilted Left, Tilted Field) (181) I-2 R-6
Obverse III2 9– Die crack thru top of PLURIBUS and another thru wheat leaves up to bottom of U and down to cap field with tilted field below it to top of cap.
Reverse C3l- II O mint mark tilted slightly to the left. Thin and shallow die scratch at top of eagle's right wing.

The mintmark is set left with a slight left tilt. This agrees with the C[3]l reverse of VAM-17. However, the VAM book lists the reverse of VAM-19 as C[3]1. Probably a typo with the "one" supposed to be an "ell". This would more accurately be designated VAM-19A. A vertical line crosses the outer part of the right wing. This marker also applies to VAM-19.
