1882-P VAM-8 Doubled 2
Discovered by Tom DeLorey, March 1974.
8 III2 8 ∙ C3a (Doubled 2) I-2 R-4

Reverse C3a – Normal die
Comments:
1. The VAM-8 has proven to be an extremely elusive 1882-P to locate. 2/3 of the known VAM-8's exist in high grade, but they can be found in circulated to AU as well. The doubling is very strong and even may appear tripled on higher grade examples.
