This coin is a Kimpton 12 Morgan Vam.

Obverse III24– Clashed die with faint arc of left edge of G of God next to Liberty head neck, partial incuse first t of Trust between hair locks to right of designer’s initial M, partial doubled incuse last t of Trust in right hair vee of lower hair edge from reverse God and Trust. Also has incuse partial center bars of D of DOLLAR from reverse below I of PLURIBUS.
Reverse C3a– Clashed die with raised designer’s initial M from obverse showing above W of We. Diagonal die crack thru N of ONE with late die states showing breaks at rim and wreath leaf.

Comments:
1. There is NO break by the 1st star to the right of the date on the VAM 38A. If you have a break at that spot, proceed to VAM-38B .
