Discovered by John Roberts February 2008 on a coin from C. Logan McKechnie.
42 III2 28 - C3a (Doubled Left 8, Die Gouge DO ) (176) I-2 R-5
Observe III2 28 - Slightly doubled left 8 on surface at top and right outside of upper loop and left inside of both loops. Slightly doubled 1-3 right stars. Right 8 has tiny die chip inside lower loop.
Reverse C3a - Normal die with doubled die gouge through DO in DOLLAR of VAM-14.
