Discovered in October 1974 by Pete Bishal. Revision March 2004 by Mark Kimpton.
This coin is a Hot 50 and a WOW! Morgan VAM.

Obverse III2 39 – Clashed die with partial t of Trust from reverse showing in right hair vee of lower hair edge.
Reverse C3a – Clashed die with partial E from obverse LIBERTY below eagle’s tail feathers on left side. Only top back and weak middle serif of E shows. Faint partial raised designer’s initial M from obverse showing above space between d and W of God We. Horizontal die break thru wreath bow like VAM-1A.

Comments:
1. This obverse shared with VAM-39 , VAM-39A, and VAM-64.
2. Later die state of VAM-39. Clashed die with partial t of Trust from reverse showing in right hair vee of lower hair edge. Clashed die with partial E from obverse LIBERTY below eagle’s tail feathers on left side. Only top back and weak middle serif of E shows. Faint partial raised designer’s initial M from obverse showing above space between d and W of God We. Horizontal die break thru wreath bow of VAM-1A.
