Reverse C3a– Normal die

1. The VAM-47 was eliminated as a duplicate of VAM-28 so VAM-47A became VAM-28A.
2. Leroy comments were written when 28A was still 47A. Leroy " When I made listing of 47A,only had one coin with clashed n & st which was a late die state-later than your two coins. So faint lines at lip lip must have happened on only late die state & I have changed VAM 47 listing description to reflect that."
3. Slight doubling of some leaves in left wreath not strong enough to mention." The 28A comes single, double, and triple clashed.
