Discovered by Steve Sabella, September 1979.
30 III2 22 - C3a (Doubled 880) (176) I-2 R-3
Obverse III2 22 - First 8 doubled at top right inside and bottom outside. Second 8 doubled at lower left outside. 0 doubled slightly at top left and right outside.
1. The VAM-30 and VAM-53 , VAM-53A , VAM-53B are all a III2 22 obverse Die Class but have different Obverse dies.
2. there are older slabbed coins in ANACS that are attributed as VAM-30 but are really VAM-53
3. V53 MM is set left and tilted slightly right, V30 MM is tilted slighlty right
