Obverse III2 44 - Doubled date with 18 slightly at bottom outside, right 8 at lower left outside of upper loop and 0 slightly at top left and right outside and at bottom outside on surface.

Obverse III2 36- 1 and first 8 doubled slightly at very bottom outside. Second 8 doubled at lower left outside of upper loop. 0 doubled slightly at top left and right outside and at bottom outside on surface.
Die marker - Long vertical die scratch from Phrygian cap fold down to lower cotton leaf up.
Reverse C3a -
Die marker - Two long die scratches at bottom of eagle's left wing.

  1. 1880-O VAM-23 also has the C3k reverse doubling of the laurel wreath above R in DOLLAR like 1880-O VAM-46.
