1880-O VAM-12A Doubled 1-80, Scratched Nose

1880-O VAM 12 III29-C3a (Doubled 1-80, Scratched Nose) I-2 R-5
Obverse III29- Long thin vertical die scratch on nose down thru nostril to upper lip. Some isolated die polishing lines on forehead, at earlobe and on lower right of neck. Very slightly doubled profile in places from front of LIBRETY band down to chin.

1. It is very likely that all 1880-O VAM 12 have the nose scratch found on the 12A.
