Obverse III2 1– Very slightly doubled 8 at top left outside of upper loop and 9 at left outside of both loops.
Die marker – Single horizontal polishing line at top of cap fold gap. Slightly over polished hair at designer's initial M and hair end below cap rear.
Reverse C3m– IV S mint mark doubled with long bar at bottom of upper loop opening. Acid treated leaves to strengthen them in all left and right wreaths leaf clusters. Includes lower and top right leaves in first lower left leaf cluster, all leaves in remaining left leaf clusters plus right wreath of top and bottom leaves in first lower leaf cluster, top and two lower leaves in cluster opposite AR, lower two and right end of cluster opposite star and A, top three leaves in cluster opposite RIC and top and left leaf in top right leaf cluster.
Wreath bow and top of both ribbons outlined with acid etching. Acid etched lower leaf of middle olive leaf cluster, olive branch below eagle's right talon of right leg, top and bottom arrow shafts next to arrow heads plus top and bottom arrow heads. Vertical die file lines on arrow heads and below eagle's head and left side of neck.
