Obverse II 19 - LIBERTY doubled slightly up. Doubled Nostril and cap fold.
Reverse B2a - Heavy die gouges in in eagle's right wing. R in TRUST not broken.

Comments:
1. The reverse is rotated 11 degrees CCW
