140A II/I 18 - B2b (Doubled P & 1-8, Partially Open o, Die Scratches Reverse) (180) I-3 R-4
Obverse II/I 18 - Earliest die state before use with VAM 116, but after non-scratches die state on reverse of VAM 140.
Reverse B2b - Partial open 'o' in God. Die 1 - Vertical die scratches inside both legs, on and below arrow heads, left of wreath bow, around top olive leaf cluster and top of inner feathers of eagles right wing.

1. Below will show 140A AND 140A EDS
2. There are slightly earlier stages of this reverse with less complex patterns of die polish lines.
