There's doubling within the upper loop of the 6 that almost seems to indicate an overdate. Other notable markers include minor doubling under the 1 & second 8 of the date, a cap above the B in "Liberty", a gouge through the R in "Liberty" running NW/SE, a chip on the bottom of the E in "we trust", and doubling on the lower half of the S mintmark. | There's doubling within the upper loop of the 6 that almost seems to indicate an overdate. Hi! I've just joined and was looking for some help attributing an 1886-S that doesn't seem to have a matching VAM number. Any help would be appreciated. I'm hoping to knock off a New Year's resolution early by finding a Discovery coin on 1/1 of 2021!
