Discovered by Herb Zepke, January 2000.
7 II 1 B2d (Doubled Reverse) I-3 R-5
Reverse B2d- Doubled outside the edge of eagle's wing, neck, throat, inside of beak, top of head, right side of long ray next to throat, left side of top olive leaf, upper left of lower olive branch, back of leg feathers and top of middle talon.

1. This appears to be a duplicate listing of VAM 3.
