7 IV 1 D1c (Tripled Reverse) (189) I-2 R-3
Reverse D1c - Tripled ITED-T on left side, doubled U-E at bottom inside and doubled L-R at bottom outside.
Comments:
1. More dramatic than the listing suggests, below are some select legend letters for corroboration.
TED of UNITED - The T is quite dramatic with tripling evident on the left of the upright and radial quintupling or more.
2. 1921-P VAM 7 eliminated 2019.
