Reverse D2a– Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg and between eagle's left wing and body.
Die marker - Short horizontal polishing line on lower right of eagle's right leg.

Scribbling scratches. Not many are present the traditional area to the right of the leg, but good scribbles are found in the protected area to the left of the right leg:
Note the small scribble from the previous photo that is marked below in red. This one stands out in person much better than in the above photo:
The 21-P VAM-3CE is a great candidate for elimination. If anyone recognizes these die cracks as on a previously listed VAM, please speak up:
